The dabber printing machine (10) is characterized by the following facts: a) the inking unit (12) is preceded by a laser engraving unit (22) which engraves either the printing strip (14) or some other chosen object; b) a transport system is provided for transferring the printing strip from the engraving unit into the zone of the inking unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tampondruckmaschine mit einem wenigstens eine Gravur tragenden Klischee, einer die Gravur mit Druckfarbe einfärbenden Einfärbevorrichtung und einem die Farbe aus der Gravur aushebenden und auf einen zu bedruckenden Gegenstand übertragenden Drucktampon, wobei der Einfärbevorrichtung eine Lasergravureinrichtung vorgeschaltet ist. <IMAGE>
