[origin: WO9957922A1] The speakerphone with remote microphone and feedback controlling circuit comprises a base receiver (42) for direct connection to telephone company lines to receive and transmit voice information over lines. The base receiver (42) has a speaker (68) which has sufficient power to make voice information received on the telephone line audible in a room. The system also includes a transmitter (10) sized to be carried on the person of the user. The transmitter (10) includes a microphone (32) positioned to take up to the speaking voice user and transmitter (10) which transmits this signal to the receiver (46). The receiver (46) delivers this voice information to the telephone company line. In this way, the user is free of wires connecting him to the base unit (46) and can conduct two-way conversation by listening to the speaker (68) on the base unit (46) and speaking into the microphone (32) he carries.
