Abstract (en)

The table chainsaw has the chain cutter (1) mounted at the sawing table (7). The motor (2) is linked to the chain drive through a combined electrical clutch/brake which is tripped by the workpiece (8) acting on a change switch (6), so that the chainsaw is only powered when a workpiece is in the cutting zone. The hood lifter (5) raises the hood by the workpiece thickness and the lifter is lowered as the cutting protection before the workpiece is through the cutting zone. A divided protective shrouding hood (4) prevents accidental contact with the cutting zone by the user.

Abstract (de)

Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Tischschneidevorrichtung beschrieben, bei der als Trennvorrichtung eine Kettensäge vorgesehen ist. Das Kettenschwert (1) ragt über den Sägetisch (7) hinaus. Der Motor (2) befindet sieh unterhalb. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Schneidkette erst dann in Bewegung gesetzt, wenn das zu schneidende Werkstück (8) die Schutzhaube (4) anhebt und Druck gegen die Schneidkette ausübt. <IMAGE>
