Rubber sleeve comprises a microporous, closed-pore compressible intermediate layer with specified mechanical parameters. The rubber sleeve for a printing cylinder of an offset printing machine comprises a stiff inner carrier sleeve (12) with an adhesive layer (13), a micro-porous compressible elastomer layer (14) with closed pores, a thin adhesive layer (15), and an outer rubber cover layer (16) serving as the printing layer. The compressibility of the elastomer layer (14) for a given stress, and the stress of its rubber matrix for a given strain are specified by their upper and lower permissible values. All the layers mentioned above are firmly joined to one another, and form a seamless cylindrical component.

Eine Gummituchhülse für einen kanallosen Gummituchzylinder einer Offset-Druckmaschine weist eine innere, formstabile Trägerhülse (12) als tragende Schicht auf. Unter Zwischenschaltung einer Haftvermittlerschicht (13) ist eine kompressible Elastomerschicht (14) angebunden, deren Kompressibilität im Bereich zwischen 7 % und 15 % bei 100 N/cm<2> Belastung liegt. Außen ist die nahtlose Deckgummischicht (16) als druckende Schicht aufgebracht. Alle Schichten bilden nahtlose, zylindrische Körper und sind fest miteinander verbunden. <IMAGE>
