[origin: DE19821627A1] Module with a microchannel system comprises one or more stacked polymer films with microchannel-forming cutouts sandwiched between top and bottom covers, at least one of which has at least two access ports to at least one microchannel. An Independent claim is also included for production of the module by microstructuring one or more films and bonding one or a stack of the microstructured films to the covers so that the channels are sealed in.
