[origin: WO9962815A1] The invention comprises an adapter (1) for pressure-resistant connection of soda water apparatus to a bottle used in sports, recreation or for multiple purposes. The adapter (1) has a through hole (8) serving as location for the nozzle of a soda water apparatus and is fitted on both sides with connecting means (2, 3, 4, 5) for detachable connection on the apparatus and on the above-mentioned bottle, whereby the connecting means are embodied in such a way that they match the connections of the apparatus or the bottle. The connecting means can be combined and comprise bayonet, turn-lock, push-on or snap-on closures. The material for said adapter can be plastic and/or metal. Such a device makes it possible to attach commercially available bottles to a soda water apparatus due to the fact that the connecting means match.
