The method comprises the steps of establishing a connection between a computer and an Internet Service Provider, framing a tool bar at the top of the screen on a computer monitor, shifting any icons and windows on the display below the tool bar, displaying an advertisement in the tool bar, and maintaining a connection between the computer and the Internet Service Provider for as long as the advertisement is displayed on the monitor.
