The wall profile strip for mounting in a hollow wall has a flat mounting surface (51) and two parallel arms ( 55, 56) forming a slot (54) for a hanging device which clips into it. The narrowest section of the device (62) surrounds the slot and the arms are curved so that they support the upper and lower edges of the hanging device. The breadth (b) of the slot is only slightly larger than the thickness of the edges of the hanging device which are supported by the arms.

Es wird eine Wandprofilleiste (50) zum Einbau in eine Wand, vorzugsweise eine Hohlbauwand mit einem Montageflansch (52) und einem aus zwei parallelen Schenkeln (55, 56) gebildeten länglichen Aufnahmeschlitz für ein Einhängeelement vorgeschlagen, das durch eine Kippbewegung in den Aufnahmeschlitz (54) eingeführt werden kann und in vollständig eingehängter Position den Aufnahmeschlitz (54) zur Fixierung hintergreift. Zur Bereitstellung eines möglichst wenig augenfällig werdenden Aufnahmeschlitzes (54) weist die Wandprofilleiste (50) in einem Bereich von der Vorderkante (62) der Schenkel (55, 56) in Einführrichtung und parallel zur kompletten Wandebene ausschließlich die den Aufnahmeschlitz bildenden Schenkel (55, 56) auf, wobei die Schenkel (55, 56) an der Vorderkante in einer Richtung senkrecht zum Aufnahmeschlitz und parallel zur Wand an der Vorderkante die geringste Einbauhöhe aufweisen. Darüber hinaus sind die den Aufnahmeschlitz (54) bildenden Schenkel (55, 56) zur Aufnahme eines quer zur Längsrichtung des Aufnahmeschlitzes bogenförmig verlaufenden Verankerungsorgans ausgebildet, wobei der Aufnahmeschlitz eine Breite besitzt, die die Dicke des Verankerungsorgans an seinem Ansatz am Einhängelement nur unwesentlich übersteigt. <IMAGE>
