[origin: DE19822278A1] The invention relates to a device for the controlled release of active agents in the gastrointestinal tract with a prolonged pylorus passage in the form of a bag which expands when coming in contact with gastric juice. Said bag is constructed with a polymer membrane made of a monolayered film which controls the release of an active agent located therein. A component which cannot react with the active agent and which generates gas when it comes in contact with gastric juice is located inside said membrane. The invention is characterized in that at least one side of the polymer membrane is charged with an active agent.
