[origin: WO0057927A1] A device for the preparation of a sterile liquid, comprising the following: adjustable main heating means(80) that can increase the temperature of a liquid inside an enclosed heating chamber (511), a main circuit comprising a first line (1) having one end which can be connected to a source of liquid that is to be sterilized and another end which is connected to an inlet of the heating chamber (511), in addition to comprising a second line (2) having one end which is connected to an outlet of the heating chamber (511) and another end which is linked to a connector (90) having a first outlet for delivering a sterile liquid, first pumping means (40) so that said liquid can circulate in the main circuit (1, 2), means (36) for validating a sterilization treatment applied to the liquid comprising calculation means in order to calculate a parameter which is representative of the sterilizing value (F0) of the sterilization treatment on the basis of the value of at least one operating parameter of the device (Q, Tin, THin, Tout, THout), and comparing means for comparing the calculated value of the parameter which is representative of the sterilizing value (F0) to a first threshold value (F0min1) corresponding to the sterility of said liquid.
