[origin: US6358139B1] A super-clean air device for the pharmaceutical sector, foodstuff sector, and biotechnology sector has at least one fan for conveying fresh air in a conveying direction into the clean room and for removing return air from the clean room. At least one filter is arranged downstream of the fan in the conveying direction. At least one heat exchanger is arranged upstream of the fan in the conveying direction. A common housing is provided and is designed to form a mounting module, wherein the at least one fan, the at least one filter, and the at least one heat exchanger are arranged in the common housing for ease of installation.
