The electrical apparatus has a body (1) with a series of functional elements and a handle (11) presenting a battery of control elements (2) permitting the user to activate and regulate this apparatus. The handle comprises a barrel (12), which is movable about its axis, and the battery of switches is fixed to the barrel and movable with it.
