[origin: EP1086658A2] Instrument comprises a head part (2), an angle part (1) and a handle (4). The knee part (3) of the angle has a lock element (12) and a cage (11) so it can be moved between locked and unlocked positions. The lock element moves between inner and outer radial positions. The knee part has a longitudinal operating element that works with the cage (12) and a handle operating surface. The activation element can be designed to work as a push or a pull rod.
