Abstract (en)
The method involves using an operation tool with at least one opening perpendicular to the screw axis to positively fit a securing unit. The nut or screw is moved about and along the screw axis by the tool. The opening in the screw and nut connection is detected by a sensor. The screw and nut connection is secured in an aligned self-locking position. The securing unit is positively fitted into the opening, to lock the screw and nut connection. An Independent claim is included for a device for implementing the method.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Lagesicherung einer Schrauben-/Mutterverbindung. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine produktionsstabile, formschlüssige Lagesicherung einer Schrauben-/Mutterverbindung zu schaffen, bei der gleichzeitig der Montageaufwand reduziert ist. Gelöst wird das dadurch, indem an einem Betätigungswerkzeug 8 ein Lageerkennungssystem 13 angeordnet ist, welches schaltungstechnisch mit einer Versorgungs-/Auswerteeinheit gekoppelt ist, wobei eine fluchtende Lage zweier Öffnungen 6, 7 mittels Lageerkennungssystem 13 sensorisch erfassbar und ein Signal generierbar ist. <IMAGE>
