The anilox roll (5) is rotatably mounted on play-free bearings (4) in the machine frame (1), and both ends of the anilox roll shaft (8) are connected to a stroke lever (7). The ink vats (9) are mounted on the levers and the application roll (10) is mounted between these levers. Each lever follows a stroke curve (17) around the printing cylinder (2).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Farbwerk einer Druckmaschine. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Farbwerkes, dessen Walzen zur Vermeidung von durch Lageänderungen von der theoretischen Sollposition bedingten Auswirkungen auf die Farbübertragung positionsgenau geführt werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Aniloxwalze (5) in spielfreien Lagern (4) drehbar im Maschinengestell (1) gelagert ist, auf den Schenkeln (8) der Aniloxwalze (5) beidseitig ein Takthebel (7), an dem der Farbkasten (9) und in dem die Farbauftragwalze (10) gelagert sind, angeordnet und die Taktbewegung der Takthebel (7) über je eine am Druckformzylinder (2) angeordnete Taktkurve (17) erfolgt. <IMAGE>
