Abstract (en)
The key box (7) is positioned on the outside wall of the building (1) and comprises an inner compartment (11) for storing various keys (10) to the building. The compartment has an inner door (13) with a first lock (14) and an outer door (20) with a second, remotely controlled lock (21) which guards the access to the inner door from outside of the box. The first lock is coded type and a speech recognition unit connected with a central office is provided in the region between the inner and outer doors. The key box can be combined with an intruder alarm system.

Zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude für einen Dienstleister ist ein außen am Gebäude (1) angeordneter Schlüsselkasten (7) vorgesehen, in dessen Innenraum (11) die Schlüssel (10) aufbewahrt werden. Der Innenraum (11) ist dabei über zwei hintereinander geschaltete Türen, eine Innentür (13) und eine Außentür (20), zugänglich. Die Außentür (20) wird dabei von einer Überwachungszentrale (4) entriegelt, während die Innentür (13) ein Code-Schloß (14) aufweist. Dadurch entfällt die Schlüsselvorratshaltung beim Dienstleister. <IMAGE>
