[origin: DE19828578A1] Production of alkaline-aqueous cleaning creams comprises mixing: (i) a premix of: (a) alcohol(s) (I); and (b) a powder selected from builders, antifoams, surfactants, salts and mixtures with (ii) concentrated aqueous alkali hydroxide solution, optionally containing other detergents, with stirring and simultaneous or subsequent incorporation of inert gas.
