Grinding device has a V-shaped static separator (32) enclosed by two shaft-like separator housings and having limiting walls running diagonally downwards to the outlet openings (35) for the separated coarse material fraction (10). The walls and the separating zone between them are arranged at an angle that deviates from the vertical. The separator has lateral openings (36) for the separated air (20) charged with fine particles (11) and is connected to a fine material removal device (37), preferably an electrofilter. The separator and the electrofilter form a compact unit. Preferred Features: The device also has a roller press (31) for crushing purposes. An opening (41) of the electrofilter is connected to a further separator (42).

Abstract (de)

Bei der Herstellung von mehlfeinen Produkten durch einen Mahlvorgang wird das in einer Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung (31) erzeugte Mahlgut üblicherweise in einem nachgeschalteten Sichter (32) bei der gewünschten Sollkorngröße getrennt und das hierbei erhaltene Feingut (mehlfeine Produkt) anschließend in einer Feingutabscheidevorrichtung (37) aus der Sichtluft (25) abgetrennt. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, den Sichter als V-Sichter (20) auszubilden und diesen - ohne Zwischenschaltung der sonst üblicherweise verwendeten Rohrleitungen - unmittelbar mit der Feingutabscheidevorrichtung (37), vorzugsweise ein Elektrofilter, zu verbinden. <IMAGE>
