Abstract (en)
The separate printing format data to be applied onto the printing plate is in digital form. A medium bearing the printing format data is applied to the printing plate (9) and hardened by laser treatment or cooling. The medium is applied according to the ink-jet principle, or by contact and has color-inducing or deflecting properties. The printer, especially multi-colored printer contains a printer with sheet-fed cylinder transferring the printing format data. The printer contains an inker unit (7) and damping system (8).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Druckplatten in Druckmaschinen für den Offsetdruck, wobei die Druckplatten direkt in der Druckmaschine beschrieben, verdruckt und danach wieder regeneriert werden. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, das für in der Druckmaschine bebilderte Druckplatten eine hohe Standfestigkeit sowie deren schnelle und ohne großen Aufwand zu bewerkstelligende Wiederverwendung zur erneuten Bebilderung ermöglicht. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass ein die Druckbildinformationen tragendes Medium auf die Druckplatte aufgebracht und das Medium ausgehärtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushärtung des Mediums mittels Laser erfolgt oder dass das Medium erhitzt auf die Druckplatte (9) aufgebracht und die Aushärtung durch Kühlung erreicht wird und dass das Medium mittels Laser von der Druckplatte (9) entfernt wird. <IMAGE>
