[origin: WO0000180A1] The present invention relates to an injectable medicament for local application in the treatment of bone fractures, wherein the fractured parts are mechanically stabilized by means of an osteosynthetic implant or an external fixing element. The medicament contains growth factors promoting regeneration of the bone tissue in the fractured region and is incorporated into a biodegradable basic substance, wherein the basic substance forms a microcapsule or a nanocapsule or a microsphere or nanosphere. The utilization of growth factors for producing such a medicament is also described.
