Abstract (en)
The plastic cap for the mouth (30) of a bottle has a top (2) and a skirt (4) which fits over the outside of the mouth. A sealing section fits inside the mouth. This has a V-shaped cross-section with the longer, inner arm (6) of the V fitting against the edge of a sealing ridge (32) inside the bottle while the shorter, outer arm (7) presses against the underside of the ridge. A line of weakness (8) is positioned between the two arms.

Eine Verschlusskappe aus Kunststoff zum Verschliessen einer Behältermündung (30) besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Kappenboden (2) und einer sich vom Rand (3) des Kappenbodens (2) erstreckenden Kappenschürze (4). Die Verschlusskappe (1) ist mit einer Dichtlippe (5) versehen. Die Dichtlippe (5) weist einen Wurzelabschnitt (6) und einen Dichtabschnitt (7) auf, zwischen welchen eine Materialschwächung (8, 9, 18) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
