The invention relates to a spout assembly manufacturing apparatus comprising an injection mold (40) for integrally forming a spout assembly having a spout (10), and a cap (20) provided with a top plate (25) by molding a resin; and a core (41) for forming hollows in the spout (10) and the cap (20); wherein the core (41) has a tapered upper end portion (41a) tapering toward the top plate (25), and the resin is injected into the injection mold toward the upper end portion (41 a) of the core (41). <IMAGE>
