Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1093181A2] In the structure in which a substrate (14) is provided with first and second center electrodes (4a, 4b), and is disposed between a ferrite sheet (5) and a magnet (6) , solder resist films are provided on the surfaces of the substrate (14). The magnet (6) and the center electrodes (4a, 4b) are separated from each other by means of the solder resin films, whereby the conductor loss, caused by high frequency current flowing in the magnet (6), is suppressed. Thus, the insertion loss of the nonreciprocal circuit device is reduced. <IMAGE>
