The invention seeks to create a micro-flow module which makes possible fast sample change and thus inexpensive investigation of fast processes, time-resolved and with low-time constants, and optionally also offers the possibility of carrying out scanning-calorimetry. To this end, the micro-flow module consists of a first chip (1), into which is inserted an extended channel area (10) with a Y-shaped, branched input area (11), to which two input channels (12, 13) connect, and the first chip (1) is overlappingly connected with a second chip (2), which has at least one thermosensitive thin-layer element (21) on the side of the channel.
