[origin: EP1093732A1] The invention relates to a support for a height-adjustable table having at least one height-adjustable leg, consisting of an outer and an inner leg and means for height-adjustment of the leg. The means are completely concealed in the legs and substantially comprise a strip of resilient material to be mounted under tension in the outer leg and having its free end provided with a locking member, said locking member cooperating with complementary locking means mounted in the inner leg.
