Abstract (en)

A corrosion stabilizer (I) comprises a methylol-melamine and an organopolycarboxylic acid. (I) comprises (i) a methylol-melamine of formula (Ia), wherein at least one R<1> = CH2-O-R<2>, the balance being H; R<2> = H, optionally at least partially replaced by 1 - 4 C; and (ii) an organopolycarboxylic acid of formula HO-C(O)-X-C(O)-OH (Ib), wherein X = 1 - 20 C optionally branched alkylene or alkylidene; and at least one OH or COOH group and a cyclopentylene is optionally loaded with a cyclohexylene or phenylene group. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an aqueous system comprising up to 50, preferably 5 - 30 wt.% (I); and (b) use of the aqueous system for a rust stabilizer, water circulation fluid, aqueous machine fluid, hydraulic fluid or coating agent

Es wird ein Korrosionsschutzmittel beschrieben, dass ein Methylol-melamin der Formel I <IMAGE> enthält, wobei wenigstens einer der Reste R<1> eine CH2-O-R<2>-Gruppe ist, in der der Rest R<2> Wasserstoff bedeutet, der ganz oder teilweise durch einen Alkylrest mit bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen ersetzt sein kann, und die übrigen Reste R<1> für Wasserstoff stehen, und dem außerdem, eine organische Polycarbonsäure der Formel II <IMAGE> zugesetzt ist, in der X ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Alkylen- oder Alkylidenrest mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, der eine oder mehrere Hydroxyl- oder Carboxylgruppen sowie eine Cyclopentylen-, Cyclohexylen- oder Phenylengruppe tragen kann.
