Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1094479A2] The device includes an operating shaft (7) coupled to a drive shaft (9) via a gear. A drive may be a manually operated crank handle and/or a drive motor. The gear is a ratchet gear with at least one ratchet wheel (32,33) with ratchet teeth (37), and at least two double ratchets (18,19). Ratchet tips (31) engage with the teeth.
