[origin: WO0068527A1] The invention relates to a trimmable rapid construction and formwork panel which is provided in a sandwich structure and which is comprised of a core material (4) that is resistant to crushing and shearing and is covered on both sides with an outer layer (2, 3) having tensile strength. One (2) of the outer layers can be cut through using a hand knife tool. The other outer layer (3) can be broken off. The core material is structured such that it breaks off cleanly, therefore, without the formation of dust or without fringing or splitting along the cutting line in the first outer layer (2). A particle board provided as core material (4) is produced by electrostatically aligning the wood particles such that they are perpendicular to the outer layers (2, 3). To this end, the device comprises corresponding electrodes.
