Abstract (en)
The procedure consists of the following stages: locating the central ejection panel (5) and ejector carrier plate (4) face to face outside the shaping press and fixing them in a regulating position; fixing the ejectors to the plate to the right of the central ejection ports to form the upper ejection form; and the upper form and central panel are fitted and centred in the ejection station of the press. In the regulating position the ejector plate and central panel are in the same relative positions as those they will occupy in the ejection station after assembly.

Une table de réglage pour préparer un système d'outils de façonnage d'une station d'éjection d'une presse de façonnage met face à face, dans une position simulant le centrage selon l'axe machine et le positionnement au premier filet, la plaque porte-éjecteurs (4) d'une forme supérieure d'éjection, une planche centrale d'éjection (5) et une réplique d'un cadre-tiroir porte aiguilles télescopiques. La préparation de la forme supérieure d'éjection est effectuée en se servant de la planche centrale d'éjection (5) comme gabarit. <IMAGE>
