Abstract (en)
The shuttering produces a concrete lining for tunnel systems having at least two different cross sectional diameters. It uses a bogey mounted, mechanically-placed, reusable shuttering rig comprising at least separate, independent, wall (5) and ceiling (6) sections. When the shuttering is in place against the tunnel wall, the intervening gap is filled with concrete which is allowed to set sufficiently to be self-supporting. The shuttering sections are retracted from the wall and the dimensional parameters are reset for the second diameter, before the shuttering rig is moved into the new location. The concreting process is repeated.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Verschalen von Wandungen (1) eines Tunnels (2) mit zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Tunnelquerschnitten (A, B). Durch die Anwendung eines seitlich expandierbaren und nur peripher abgestützten Schalwagens sowie einfaltbarer Deckenkalotten unterschiedlichen Querschnitts, die im eingeklappten Zustand unter den Schalwagen hindurch transportiert und bei Nichtgebrauch an einer bereits erhärteten Tunneldecke zwischengeparkt werden können, ist man in der Lage, die unterschiedlichen Querschnitte eines Tunnels zu erstellen. <IMAGE>
