[origin: DE19832046A1] The invention relates to an apparatus for depositing fluids, especially for writing, which comprises a fluid stock (10) contained in a housing (2). Said fluid stock is adjacent to a capillary writing tip (6) extending from said housing and to a mobile piston (12) located in the housing and submitted to environmental pressure. Said apparatus is characterised in that the friction force acting on the piston (12) and housing (2) is stronger than the piston-active weight of the fluid column located between the piston and the capillary writing tip (6), but weaker than the capillary force of capillary passages exhibiting the minimum capillarity of the writing tip.
