Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1097892A2] The method for cutting a strip (5) of paper and turning the signatures produced around comprises perforating the strip to form partially separated signatures. The sections are then fed through a cutter (14) to separate them completely. A first belt (30) is fed between the cutters and the signatures are supported between it and a second belt (40). They are then alternately fed straight on, on the first belt, or turned through 180 degrees on the second belt. An Independent claim is included for a device for use in the above process.
