Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2780554A1] An electrically conductive material comprises a 3-D homogeneous distribution of charge reservoirs (16) interposed between conductive metal oxide-based cells (17).- DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrically conductive material comprises electrical charge reservoirs (16) of three or more monoatomic layers thickness interposed between conductive metal oxide-based cells (17) along a first axis and along second and third axes (a, b) defining a plane perpendicular to the first axis, the charge reservoirs being homogeneously distributed in amount 15-85 vol. % within the conductive material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for production of the above material, comprising passing a current of at least 100 A/cm2 density through the material. Preferred Features: The conductive cells comprise monoatomic copper oxide layers of CuO2 cuprate structure, optionally with interposed Ca and/or Sr layers. The charge reservoirs comprise mono atomic copper oxide layers of CuO chain structure, optionally with interposed Cu and/or Sr layers, or comprise mono atomic layer stacks selected from SrO/BiO/BiO/SrO, BaO/TlO/TlO/BaO, BaO/TlO/BaO, BaO/HgO/BaO and CaO/MO/CaO, where M = Cu, Tl, Bi or Hg
