Abstract (en)

The method involves transporting a first corrugated sheet laminated on one side with the first smooth layer and a second corrugated sheet laminated with an intermediate smooth layer. The spacings are measured, and the second sheet is extended to equalize the spacings. The relative corrugation positions are detected. The sheets are displaced to align the peaks and troughs, followed by gluing the peaks of the first sheet and joining and pressing the sheets together. The method involves transporting a first corrugated sheet laminated on one side with the first smooth layer (7) in a production direction and transporting a second corrugated sheet laminated on one side with an intermediate smooth layer (8) facing the first corrugated sheet, measuring the spacings of the corrugated sheets, extending the second sheet depending on the measurements to equalize the spacings, detecting the relative corrugation positions, displacing the sheets relative to each other to align the peaks of the first with the troughs of the second, gluing the peaks of the first sheet and joining and pressing the sheets together. Independent claims are also included for a system for implementing the method.

Abstract (de)

<IMAGE>
