The arrangement has a first control device (50), a first supporting arm (40) connected to the control device and that acts selectively on a cantilever mounted cylinder, a second control device (80) and a second supporting arm (70) connected to the second control device and that acts selectively on a second cantilever mounted cylinder. The first and second supporting arms pivot about a common pivot axis (61). Independent claims are also included for the following: a web-fed rotary printing machine and a method of picking up channel-less printing sleeves.
