Production of an enzyme formulation with a low water content comprises mixing an aqueous enzyme formulation with an organic solvent boiling above 100 degrees C and removing the water by distillation. An Independent claim is also included for laundry and other detergents containing this enzyme formulation in addition to surfactants, builders and optionally other usual constituents.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserarmen Enzymzubereitung beansprucht, worin eine wässerige Enzymzubereitung mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel mit einem Siedepunkt > 100°C vermischt und das Wasser anschließend abdestilliert wird. Die erhaltene Enzymzubereitung eignet sich insbesondere zur Einarbeitung in flüssige Bleichmittel-haltige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel.
