[origin: FR2794157A1] The invention concerns a system for moving and blocking a cover (9) made of lathes (8), comprising in particular four fixing points (1) and (16), two winches (2), and ropes (4, 6, 10). The invention is characterised in that it presses and blocks the cover (9) on the ground in extended position, for security and isolation; it raises the cover and completely clears the uncovered space (17) after the cover has been accordion folded on receiving bars (3), for aesthetic embellishment. The device is particularly suited for covering swimming pools.
