[origin: WO0073825A1] The invention relates to a system for stereoscopic imaging, comprising a projection unit (2) with modulators (21, 22) and a polarization prism (3) for the projection of images presenting different perspectives with a corresponding different direction of polarization. A holographic screen (1) has a lattice structure which corresponds to a hologram image of real screens with different directions of polarization. The incident light rays (A, B) cause two different polarized images to be produced on the holographic screen (1) which by means of spectacles (5) comprising polarization filters are perceived separately by the left and right eye.
