Said fixing member (1) comprises a first plate (2) bearing the hinge element (5, 6), or the housing, and which via a central bridge (4) is linked to a second plate extending substantially parallel to the first. The second plate (3) projects outside the outer surface of the bow (8) and of the front flank (9) and has a surface forming an ornament.
