[origin: FR2782212A1] The invention concerns a method for sampling a transmission channel affected by a time dispersion d from a training sequence (TS) and a reception signal (s) corresponding to said sequence, using a measuring matrix (M) elaborated from the training sequence (TS) taking into account the time dispersion. The method comprises a step which consists in producing dynamic pulse response of said channel according to the least squares technique as the combination of the static response (r) with (d+1) components and a time interval error (r').
