Abstract (en)
The package for heat-sensitive materials, especially foam sugar articles, comprises a plastic sleeve and a grid on which the article stands. The grid is near the top of the sleeve and there is an air gap at the base of the sleeve. A metal sheet (8) is positioned below the grid which has Peltier elements embedded in insulation (11) on its underside. These have cooling fins which protrude beyond the edge of the insulation as far as an air channel (13). Air is sucked through the air gap at the base of the package and passes over the cooling fins.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Darbieten von wärmeempfindlichen Waren, wie insbesondere Schaumzuckerwaren, in Verkaufsstätten, wobei die Ware vorzugsweise in Kunststoff-Folien verpackt ist und auf einer perforierten Unterlage (1) ruht, die seitlich von einem Mantel umgeben ist, der einen oberen Rand sowie einen darunterliegenden Schacht aufweist und an dessen Unterkante (6) Luftzutrittspalte (7) angeordnet sind, wobei unterhalb der Unterlage ein Kühlblech (8) angeordnet ist, das an seiner Unterseite Peltierelemente (10) trägt, die in eine Isolierung (11) eingebettet sind und deren Kühlrippen (12) die Isolierung überragen, daß ferner die Kühlrippen in Reihe liegen und einem zweiten Schacht angeordnet sind, dessen eines Ende an den Mantel anschließt und dessen anderes Ende offen und von der gegenüberliegenden Mantelfläche beanstandet ist und wobei den Kühlrippen ein Gebläse (13) zugeordnet ist und Luft vom Boden der Verkaufsstätte in den Schacht angesaugt wird und die Kühlrippen kühlt. <IMAGE>
