Abstract (en)
The heater comprises a bench with at least one heatable plate above which is a continuous upper conveyor belt (8) movable in one transport direction (5). A duct is defined by the at least one plate and the upper conveyor belt for guiding the web of corrugated paper. Pressure plates press the upper conveyor belt against the web of corrugated paper and form a gap . The side of the upper conveyor belt next to the plate have free inlets (29) for the steam emerging from the corrugated paper web. The side next to the pressure plates has free outlets (31) for discharging steam. An intermediate steam-accumulator is between the inlets and outlets.

Eine Heizvorrichtung für eine Wellpappemaschine weist einen Tisch (4) mit mindestens einer beheizbaren Platte (7), ein oberhalb der Platte (7) angeordnetes, verschiebbares Ober-Transportband (8), einen Kanal zur Aufnahme und Führung einer Wellpappebahn und Andrück-Platten zum flächigen Andrücken des Ober-Transportbandes (8) gegen die Wellpappebahn auf. Das Ober-Transportband (8) weist auf der der mindestens einen Platte benachbarten Seite freie Eintritts-Öffnungen (29) zur Aufnahme von aus der Wellpappe austretendem Dampf, auf der den Andrück-Platten benachbarten Seite freie Austritts-Öffnungen (31) zur Abgabe des Dampfes an die Umgebung und zwischen den Eintritts-Öffnungen (29) und den Austritts-Öffnungen (31) angeordnete, mit diesen verbundene, ein freies Volumen aufweisende Dampf-Zwischen-Speicher auf. <IMAGE>
