[origin: EP1101847A1] A two-for-one spindle has a hollow shaft (3) into which a second yarn can be introduced for cabling. It is fitted with a compressed air injector nozzle (9) into the radial yarn channel (5.1) arranged to produce suction in the hollow spindle axis (7) as well as along the hollow shaft (3). The air feed to the nozzle is through an annular chamber sealed by rotary seals.
