[origin: DE19955999C1] To calibrate a triple-barrel weapon, with height and side settings for each barrel, a bracket (5) is rigidly fixed to the first barrel (1). An alignment holder (9) is fitted to the bracket (5) with a release mounting, so that the muzzle ends of the other two barrels (2,3) lie at a nominal position to the muzzle end of the first barrel (1). The three barrels (1-3) are loaded and fired. On an unacceptably large drift of the shot from the first barrel (1) at the target by the other two barrels (2,3), the alignment holder (9) is replaced to shift the muzzles of the barrels (2,3) in relation to the muzzle of the first barrel (1) to correct the drift.
