Abstract (en)
A plastic container for cosmetic products, comprising fracture zone round neck for easier separation of different materials for recycling, is new. The plastic container consists of a reservoir (2) for the product, having an open-topped neck with an outlet (10), and a cap (1) which can also be a dispenser. The cap comprises a section (8) which fixes irreversibly onto the neck of the container and a lid (22) with a stopper (12) for the outlet. The cap is made from a different material to the container, and the neck is made with a fracture zone which allows part of it (6a) to be broken off together with the cap for separate recycling.

La présente demande concerne un ensemble de conditionnement (1) comprenant : un réservoir (2), destiné à contenir un produit, notamment cosmétique, comportant un fond, et un col ouvert (6) débouchant sur un orifice de distribution (10), ledit réservoir étant constitué d'un premier matériau plastique ; un système de bouchage et/ou de distribution (8) comportant au moins une portion (8), montée de manière inamovible sur ledit col (6) et comportant un organe d'obturation (12), apte à fermer, de manière réversible, ledit orifice de distribution (10), ledit système de bouchage et/ou de distribution (8) étant réalisé en un second matériau plastique, différent du premier, le col comportant une zone de fragilité (14), apte, postérieurement à la première utilisation, à être rompue de manière à séparer le système de bouchage et/ou de distribution (8), ainsi qu'au moins une portion du col (6a), du reste du réservoir. <IMAGE>
