The armoured door for fire protection has two fire resistant panels and a massive wooden frame around the panel edges, including a frame and a pre-frame. The door leaf (1) has a central panel (4) of intumescent material between the fire-resistant panels (5). The frame also contains an intumescent material contained in a groove (8).
