[origin: EP1103943A2] The device has a base element with a light source and at least one pictogram reproducing the information and illuminated by the light source. The base element is a foil and the light source is a light pigment layer (S6) between electrodes (S5,S8) facing towards and way from the observer which gives off light when a voltage is applied to the electrodes.
