Aluminum alloy contains (in wt.%) 0.3-1.2 silicon, 0.3-1.0 magnesium, 0.2-0.9 manganese, 0.05-0.3 vanadium, maximum 0.05 chromium, maximum 0.5 silver, maximum 0.4 iron, maximum 0.8 copper and maximum 0.2 zinc, with a balance of aluminum and unavoidable impurities.

Eine Aluminiumlegierung ist gekennzeichnet durch die Zusammensetzung 0.3 bis 1.2 Gew.-%, Silizium; 0.3 bis 1.0 Gew.-%, Magnesium; 0.2 bis 0.9 Gew.-%, Mangan; 0.05 bis 0.3 Gew.-%, Vanadium; max. 0.05 Gew.-%, Chrom; max. 0.5 Gew.-%, Silber; max. 0.4 Gew.-%, Eisen; max. 0.8 Gew.-%, Kupfer; max. 0.2 Gew.-%, Zink und als Rest Aluminium und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen. Die Legierung eignet sich insbesondere in der Form von Strangpressprodukten bei geschweissten Konstruktionen. <IMAGE>
