[origin: EP1108671A2] The system has a circulating braking belt (24) performing periodic deceleration and acceleration phases with a braking section (24.1) that passes over a suction region (27.1) of a suction mechanism acting through the braking section. The suction region is covered by a sheet (3) deposited on the braking section throughout a deceleration phase.
