Abstract (en)
Softening lotion is atomised and sprayed at ambient temperature onto an absorbent paper-like product. The lotion is an emulsion of emollient(s) dispersed in a volatile liquid. The lotion is atomised with gas so some of the liquid evaporates and droplets containing lotion and residual liquid contact the product. An Independent claim is included for the following: (a) A paper-like product treated as above contains ≥ 1.5 g/m<2> and preferably 2 g/m<2> of lotion. Preferred Features: The gas is air pressurised at ≥ 4 bar. The liquid is water and contains 1 - 50% and preferably 20 - 50% emollient.

L'invention propose un procédé pour déposer à température ambiante sur un produit papetier absorbant, notamment en ouate de cellulose, une lotion adoucissante, liquide à température ambiante, du type comprenant une ou plusieurs matière(s) active(s) émolliente(s) en dispersion ou en émulsion dans un véhicule liquide volatile, notamment dans de l'eau, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à pulvériser la lotion au moyen d'un flux de gaz sous pression de manière à éliminer au moins une partie du véhicule liquide volatile pour former et projeter de fines gouttelettes de lotion, dont la proportion en véhicule liquide volatile est réduite, qui se déposent sur au moins une face du produit papetier. <IMAGE>
